Welcome to The Ocean Breeze CBD, a 100 year old historic home that has been refurbished to todays standards; warm, cosy, peaceful and safe. Containing seven luxury private rooms all with brand new firm queen-size beds and furniture. Each bed contains a queen fleece electric blanket to keep you warm and cosy, high quality duck feathered duvet and luxury duvet cover, and silky 2000 thread white sheets. There is also a common kitchen and dining area, with a 55" smart TV.

About Us
The Ocean Breeze CBD is located right in the heart of Timaru, just off State Highway 1, and contains seven separate private rooms that were refurbished in December 2018.
The Ocean Breeze CBD is a 1 minute drive by car or a 2 minute walk to the main street, CBD, cafés, shops, and all tourist attractions.
Pets are welcome at The Ocean Breeze CBD, but please check with us before booking.
